The last day of school banking is next Tuesday, May 22. School banking with CapCom will resume in the fall. We are still accepting school banking applications. The forms are available through the main office at school or online here [PDF]. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to earn $10.00 for your child’s year-end report card. You may continue to make deposits and take advantage of CapCom’s many student incentives throughout the summer at any CapCom branch.

Eagle Spirit Sale Latest News

Shirts, sweat shirts, bags and stickers are all in and will be delivered to your child at school on Monday, 5/14. Again, thank you to everyone who ordered Spirit Wear!
More great news; there is enough interest in BC golf umbrellas that I will in fact be placing an order! Don't worry it's not too late to get your order in. If you would like to order an umbrella (maybe for you, a teacher, a gift for a relative?), please email Laurel Skultety by Monday, May 14th, lskultety@verizon.net. Payment can be made by sending in a check to school with your child made out to Eagle PTO placed in an envelope marked "Spirit Sale." Umbrellas are $18.00. They will be in around May 25th. Once they arrive I will set up times at Eagle for pick up. For a visual of the umbrella see attached. Stay dry!

Photo Gallery: March and April Happenings

Please visit our photo gallery for March and April. It is a great way to see what has been happening at our school, including: gymnastics in PE class, reading buddies in Mrs. Languish and Mrs. Malsan’s classes, the paleontologists of Mrs. Gaudiello’s class dig for fossils, Mrs. Browne and Mrs. Jone’s classes working on activities, and the Spring book fair.
Also included: during their biography study, 3rd graders chose one famous person to bring to life in their wax museum.

Popcorn Fridays are Back!

The PTO plans to resume Popcorn Fridays this month beginning on Friday, Jan. 27 continuing through May on the last Friday of the month. Watch for order forms which will go home on the Monday of a Popcorn Friday week. Cost will be $1 per bag and popcorn will be delivered to students in their classroom for snack time.

Please note: Last year, due to the overwhelming response and a donation of supplies, popcorn was delivered to everyone. However, this year, Popcorn Fridays are a fundraiser and popcorn will only be distributed to children who place an order. Thank you.
